Tobias Hermle and Peter Walentek from our department receive funding from the DFG
The German Research Foundation (DFG) accepted 21 scientists nationwide for Heisenberg funding in the period from October 1st to December 31st, 2023, including Tobias Hermle and Peter Walentek from the Department for Nephrology.
Tobias Hermle will work on “Investigation of the mechanisms of genetically determined glomerulopathies” and Peter Walentek will investigate the “Molecular mechanisms of cilia and mucociliary epithelia”.
